Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

  Securely pack the items in their original iKKO packaging, including all accessories and cables, and ship the package using a trackable courier service.

  Inspection and Refund
